What is Chair One Fitness On Demand Workouts


Chair One Fitness On-Demand workouts are pre-recorded 30-45min classes. You can select your high intensity or low intensity. These are perfect for at home workouts for personal use or at a community with residents/members.




How do I register for Chair One Fitness On Demand Workouts


Go to https://www.chaironefitness.com/findaworkout and choose ON Demand Workouts. This will take you to the Chair One Fitness On Demand Workouts where you can choose between the monthly or yearly plan. Try the workouts for 7 days free.




How do I cancel my subscription to On Demand Workouts?


You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account that was created for On Demand and cancel the subscription. You will still have access to the subscription until the billing cycle ends. For example, their billing is on the 10th of every month, they cancel the subscription on the 20th, they will still have access until the 9th of the next month.




How do I get a refund?


Any refund requests need to be made through admin@chaironefitness.com. We only refund requests made within 24-hours of purchase. You need to provide proof of purchase date in order to honor the refund. All other requests will not be honored. You are able to cancel your subscription any time to prevent being charged for the next month. Remember, you have access for the rest of the billing month to use at your discretion.




How do I use a promo code


There are no promo codes offered for the On Demand billing options.





How to stream to your TV

How to Stream from iPhone with AppleTV


Here are some steps to stream from your iPhone to your TV 1. You will need AppleTV 2. Connect to AirPlay 3. Make sure both TV and iPhone are on the same WiFi 4. On your iPhone choose "Screen Mirroring" and select the TV that you want to mirror with 5. How to stream from iPhone with Chromecast


The Chromecast is different from other media streaming devices in that it uses Google's Cast protocol over AirPlay. Connect with a cable


You can connect your iPhone or iPad to your TV with a cable if you have the right kind of adapter. You will need an HDMI or VGA cable that can connect from the adapter to the compatible plug in the back of the TV. Any one will do, so buy the least expensive one. If you don't know which cable is right for your TV, our guide should be able to help you. Once you decide on a cable, pick the right kind of adapter for your mobile device. Apple makes a Lightning Digital AV Adapter to connect with your TV's HDMI port, and a Lightning to VGA Adapter to plug into VGA-compatible peripherals. Connect your iPhone or iPad to the adapter via the Lightning port, then connect the adapter to the cable. Hook the cable into the back of the television. Cast content from your Android/Google device to your TV


Important: You can only cast from the latest version of a Chromecast-enabled app or a Chrome browser on a device connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Android TV. 1. Connect your device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Android TV. 2. Open the app that has the content you want to cast. 3. In the app, find and select Cast . 4. On your device, select the name of your TV . 5. When Cast changes color, you’re successfully connected.
